Dvorak 9th like you've never seen it before....and I like it!

In an attempt to woo a new audience to classical music B-Classic, the international classical music festival, has come up with an inventive new approach to popularising classical music. Inspired by the visual appeal of pop music videos, B-Classic have created a wonderfully whimsical video featuring an unlikely Korean dance group to accompany Dvorak's Symphony no.9 "From the new world".

From their own description, "The Classical Comeback: a new music video format that gives classical music the same recognition as pop and rock music by combining the timeless emotion of classical music with the visual talent of a contemporary director."

Frankly, I love it. I am all for ways of popularising classical music.

There is an associated documentary that is worth a look if you want more insight into the motivation for this initiative.
